Regional Sales Manager
(General Manager Designate) Brazil
Initially the position will be based at the Sheffield, UK head office and will involve regular travel to Brazil, therefore you must be fluent in English & Portuguese with a valid Brazilian work visa.
In this key role you will be responsible for
researching the market,
contacting and
developing sales leads, closing sales and providing ongoing service to electrical
and mechanical contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributors within the
commercial construction industry. You will have excellent support from
management, marketing, production, the sales administration team and Ideas
& Innovation department.
The truly exceptional candidate will possess drive and
self-motivation and a
t least 5 years field sales experience
with a particular focus on new business generation.
Industry knowledge is not as important as a high work rate and full product
training will be given.
If successful for this truly
unique opportunity, it is expected that within 12 months, you will establish a
sales office for Gripple in Sao Paulo where you will provide the vision, and
inspiration to ensure this market leading business excels in its strong sales
and service culture and exceeds customer expectations.
In time it is envisaged that the anticipated growth in
sales throughout South America will result in the introduction of a facility to
manufacture Gripple products in Brazil, therefore the career progression
prospects for this position are unlimited.
